Murray misses grandfather's funeral for Davis Cup
Andy Murray will miss his grandfather’s funeral in order to play in Great Britain’s Davis Cup semi-final against Argentina.
Gordon Murray, the father of Andy and Jamie’s father Willie, died last week with the world number two missing Britain’s media conference to attend a family gathering.
The world number two will take on Juan Martin del Potro in Friday’s opening rubber, in what is likely to be the standout tie of the weekend.
Doubles specialist Jamie is set to pair up with the sibling on Saturday and so he will attend Friday’s funeral.
