N53.7M FRAUD: Suspect forfeited hotel

Justice Abdulazeez M. Z. Anka of the Federal High Court, Lagos has granted the prayers of the EFCC seeking an interim forfeiture order of a property, Victoria East Park Hotel and Suite located at Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos State, over a N53.7 million fraud.

The Hotel belongs to one Abayomi Fredrick Ebiesuwa, popularly known as Chairman, who is suspected to be a fraud kingpin.

Ebiesuwa was arrested by the EFCC for allegedly masterminding a fraudulent Dollar scheme to hoodwink unsuspecting victims.
