Naeto C faults Glo handling of his contract cancellation

In from Ahmed Boulor . . .

Months after rapper Naeto C was reported to have been dumped as a brand ambassador by Globacom Telecommunications alongside Syndik 8 artiste, Lynxxx for what the brand described as decongestion and a move to bring in more vibrant entertainers on the scene, the son of one-time Aviation minister, Kema Chikwe has come out to register his displeasure over the stories that followed his contract cancellation and how the telecoms giant went about the whole issue.

The rapper said he expected Globacom to have handled the situation in a proper way, but they didn’t put things in the right perspective. He also noted that there wasn’t anything like “dumping” as he couldn’t have been a Glo ambassador for the rest of his life.

“Globacom is a top brand and I enjoyed the 2 years I spent with them. I didn’t expect to be a life-long ambassador so it wasn’t a big deal. I just hope they appreciated my services and commitment to their platform because when the media was saying I was “dumped” and people were throwing me under the bus, nobody at Globacom said anything.

“I didn’t really like that; I felt it could’ve been handled better. But nevertheless I’m grateful for the opportunity.” Naeto C put out on social media.
