Nanny of kidnapped kids in Police net

The nanny, Mary Akinloye who kidnapped three kids of her employers a day after resumption of work, in the Surulere area of Lagos State, and demanded for N13m has been apprehended by the police

The Lagos State Commissioner for Police, Mr. Kayode Aderanti who made the revelation, however did not reveal further details of how she was arrested.

He however advised employers of domestic staff such as nannies, cooks, drivers and gardeners to seek the services of the Divisional Police and Police Area Commands in their localities to do a profiling of their new employees before they bring them into their homes.

He said the suspect, was arrested on Wednesday, by 9.20pm at Shasha, Lagos‎, noting that investigations were still ongoing and the press would soon be briefed on new developments.
