The rate at which men are losing their erection nowadays is seriously going up. No pun intended.

Young guys are finding it hard to keep it up.

It used to be majorly old men’s problem. Just like women arrive at menopause, so do old men lose their todger power.
But today, young men who have not really used their blokos are losing erection left and right leaving their wives high and dry.

Erectile Dysfunction is something most Nigerian men have to contend with sometime in their life and it is becoming too frequent and more permanent.

One of the root causes is that our men do not eat good food. Some don’t even eat at all.

They blame the economy. But its not always the economy. Many young men prefer to quaff bottles of beer and gin than make themselves a decent meal at home.

Guys who live alone don’t know how to cook and do not know what balanced diet is even if it hit them on the nose.
They avoid vegetables and fruits. They do not really care about the content of their food.

A man who is running low on blood supply cannot raise an impressive erection. You need adequate blood in your shank to make it rise and maintain that erection for minutes.

And as married men, they still do not have time to eat well. They are busy dodging house chores like holding the baby, that they miss helping to put together a good meal or even eat one.

They work long hours and end up eating crap.

And upon denying themselves good food, they also do not exercise. You also need energy to raise the todger.

So, when next your little boy refuses to get up and do its duty, check whether you ate well first before you start blaming the witches in your village.
