Newly-wed Beyonce’s mom dumps Christianity for Scientology

After the April 12th wedding of Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, that made top news, tongue have started wagging in earnest; Tina, 61, who very recently married her actor boyfriend, Richard Lawson is said to have dumped Christianity for her new husband’s religion, Scientology.
She now attends Scientology event like Tom Cruise who is rumoured to have distanced himself from his ex-wife, Katy Holmes, and their daughter because his church of Scientology said so.
Beyonce and her family are known to be devout Christians, so their friends and relations are not thrilled that Scientology has entered the family’s powerful empire.
