The Nigeria Football Federation on Wednesday mandated Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh to report directly to the Technical Committee and the Secretary General.

According to a communiqué signed by first vice president, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, the NFF rebuked head Coach Sunday Oliseh for his unwarranted statements in the media, but warned that similar infractions would not be tolerated in future while acknowledging his apology.

Oliseh, in his rant, maintained that he won’t be subjected to the Technical Committee stating that his contract papers stipulated that he only takes instructions from the NFF General Secretary, a move which initially led to the resignations of the members of the body.

But theNFF board on Wednesday said: “In line with global best practices, the Committee decided that Coach Oliseh MUST henceforth report to the NFF General Secretary and the Technical and Development Committee, and should be ready to defend his entire program before the Committee, including invitation of players and training programs.”

Also, the NFF confirmed the sacking of Oliseh’s personal assistant, Tijani Babaginda, as the General Secretary has been mandated to follow the due process in effecting his disengagement.
