No past leader has insulted Nigerians the way Buhari does, God will judge him— Fani-Kayode

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has decried the level of bloodshed in Nigeria and described it as a nation “in dire need of deliverance from the demons of hell.”

The former minister and a chieftain of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), stated this in a post on his Twitter handle.

He was apparently responding to the killings that have pervaded the country in a space of one week.

These killings include those of over 50 in Zamfara and Kaduna states by bandits, those in Kogi, Benue and Taraba by suspected Fulani herdsmen, and the one of Borno by suicide bombers.

Fani-Kayode wrote, “Nigeria is a nation that was born through the shedding of blood, that is steeped in the shedding of blood, that is sustained by the shedding of blood and that is preserved by the shedding of blood. We are a nation that is in dire need of deliverance from the demons of hell.”
