Nigeria needs prayers –Eedris Abdulkareem
Those who know ex-Remedies band member Eedris Abdulkareem know he doesn’t mince words when he makes comments about his country, Nigeria.
The “Jaga Jaga” crooner is at it again, and this time, the controversial singer is of the opinion that Nigeria needs prayers to surmount the many problems that the country is currently faced with.
In an interview with Hip TV, Eedris said Nigeria’s case is like that of a 16-year-old who has been pregnant since the year 1960 and is still yet to deliver in 2016.
“We need to pray for this country so that the child it wants to deliver better pikin .It’s so sad that Nigeria has been pregnant since 1960. She was 16-years-old when she was pregnant. Nigeria is already old and still in labour room, crying. Who raped Nigeria?
“Who slept with Nigeria? Who impregnated Nigeria? This wicked people are still around. All the president needs to do is to write his name in gold and to be able to do that, he needs not to be biased”, Eedris added.
