Nigeria returns 6 seized mine-resistant vehicles to America

The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) on Friday, returned six mine-resistant multipurpose vehicles which were seized but later found to belong to the United States of America (USA).

The NCS handed over the vehicles which were seized in August at a brief ceremony at the Adamawa/Taraba Zonal headquarters of its Command.

Speaking during the hand over, the Zonal Comptroller of Customs, Adamawa/Taraba Command, Kamardeen Olumoh, said the actionit was in deference to a directive from the National Security Adviser to release the vehicles to the American Government.
