OPI: Army makes clarifications, says any form of Identification is okay

The Nigerian Army has approved the postings and appointments of some senior officers in a statement on Thursday.

According to a release by the acting Director of Army Public Relations, officers by the postings and appointments included Maj Gen E.N OBI who was posted to the Defence Headquarters as  Chief of Defence Standard and Evaluation; Maj Gen L.F Abdullahi from Headquarters Nigerian Army Education Corps, to  Defence Headquarters as Director Veteran Affairs Division; and Maj Gen O.G Adeniyi from Defence Headquarters to Theatre Command (Operation Lafiya Dole) and appointed Deputy Theatre Commander.

Also affected according to the statement are Brig Gen K.I Yusuf, who was posted to Nigerian Army School of Finance and Account and appointed Commandant and Brig Gen M.B Mamman from Headquarters Nigerian Army Engineers to Headquarters Nigerian Army Engineers and appointed Director Army Works.
