Nigerian festivals get a boost from MultiChoice

With the coming of the holidays, and the different festivities around the country, many Nigerians who cannot travel to witness the festivals live, now have a chance to view them on cable television, and be part of the fun.
With the launch of the Nigerian Festivals pop-up channel on DStv and GOtv platforms, Multichoice Nigeria will be providing an avenue for viewers to be part of Nigeria’s hottest music festivals from around the country this season.

The channel which will run from Friday, December 04 until Saturday, 02 January 2016, will be showcasing four Nigerian music festivals this season.
They include The Experience Music and Worship gospel concert from 04 – 05 December,
The Akwa Ibom Christmas Concert from 19 to 21 December, the 11th anniversary of the Calabar Grand Carnival which takes place on the streets of the Cross River State, and the One Lagos Fiesta which counts down to the New Year.
