Nigerian policemen brutalise man in video gone viral

A video has surfaced on social media platforms showing men said to be policemen brutalizing a young man.

In the video which was said to have been captured in Graceland, Oyigbo area of Rivers State, the policemen in mufti; black t-shirts and jeans trousers carrying guns are trying to force the man into a vehicle, but he refuses.

The police officers are videoed slapping and kicking him, while also beating him with all manner of weapons including sticks, the butt of their guns and a jerrycan, in a bid to get him inside the car.

A man, who tried to intervene, was also attacked by the policemen, slapped and kicked while they also dragged him along, also in a bid to take him along with them.
