Nigeria’s COVID-19 infections rise to 111 as Lagos, Abuja record 14 new cases

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Sunday night confirmed 14 new cases of coronavirus.

The latest discoveries bring the number of people with the COVID-19 infection to 111.

The centre said on its Twitter handle that nine of the cases were from Lagos and five in Abuja.

It said: “14 new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Nigeria – 9 in Lagos and 5 in FCT as at 09:30 p.m. 29th March. There are 111 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria with 1 death”.
