How Niyola tactfully waved me when we first met –Banky W

The fact that EME honcho Banky W is one of the most eligible bachelors in the music industry is no news, but what is news is that the R&B crooner has revealed how his advances were tactfully turned down by gorgeous songstress Niyola when they first met.

The talented artiste who first stormed the scene with his debut single titled ‘Ebute Metta’ years back revealed in an interview that when he first got to know Niyola, he actually liked her, but she tactfully friend zoned him almost immediately and he couldn’t make any other move to woo her.

“Niyola is a great artiste with a good voice and she is very beautiful too, she has been in the industry before me. When I met her, I really liked her a lot but she quickly friend zoned me and I couldn’t make any other move. We are good friends; we are like family, nothing more.” He said.

Niyola also quenched rumours making the rounds about her romance with Banky W in her recent interview with Genevieve Magazine saying she is not in a relationship with him when the question was thrown at her.

“I am very single. Concerning myself and Banky W; I don’t live in his house and no, we never dated.” She noted.
