According to sources, the directive sent to the relevant agencies, noted that henceforth only two journalists would accompany the president on any trip outside the country as against four that previously obtained.

The directive also called for the number of aides of the president that would embarked on trips outside the country with the president to be reduced, the source stated.

The cost of governance reduction exercise that has been going on recently is really exciting me and I hopeful for the future of Nigeria, at least just on this grounds.

I like these small steps PMB is taking to shape things up. They are more practical, believable and doable than ambitious and probably misguided projects like welfare scheme for poorest Nigerians. Kudos Baba! May God give you wisdom to navigate the tricky waters of Naija politics and governance, and to deal with those who may want to fall your hand.
