NYSC withholds discharge certificates of foreign-trained ex-corpers

Authorities of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) on Monday said a total of 65 intending corps members were arrested in the just concluded Batch B Stream 2 Orientation Course.

Their allegations bothered on presentation of suspected fake certificates to the scheme management.

The NYSC authorities, in a statement on Monday, said the suspected corps members were caught in orientation camps across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja before they were handed over to the police for “further investigation and possible prosecution.”
