Kemi Olunloyo defends Bobrisky, says Nigerians are pre-set to discriminate
Controversial media personality and self-acclaimed activist Kemi Olunloyo has blasted former Imo State governor, Ikedi Ohakim, for likening Nigeria’s economy to a patient that is HIV positive.
Ohakim made the statement while delivering a 52-page lecture, “Leadership in times of adversity: Navigating Nigeria’s turbulent economy”, at the 2016 Diocesan Synod of Ikeduru Anglican Diocese.
“There is no doubt that before the Muhammadu Buhari administration, Nigeria’s economy had been diagnosed HIV positive, but it was being professionally managed with anti-retroviral drug.” He said.
Kemi, a US trained journalist came for Ohakim in a brutal response on her Twitter handle when she said; “I want to let Fmr #Imo Gov Ikedi Ohakim know that he is a certified #MORON 4 calling Nigeria’s economy diagnosed as HIV positive.
“Gov Ohakim, you are a disgrace and an insensitive leader. #HIV is a disease that ravages HUMANS! 2 million Nigerians are suffering.
“I am one of the FIRST 6 @CVSHealth PROCARE Pharmacists in the USA #HIV/AIDS experts. You don’t crack antiretroviral jokes. NEVER!.”
“I DEMAND an apology 4 all HIV/AIDS patients in #Nigeria for this statement u gave at a lecture. Hope u NEVER serve in office again.
