The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited one of the spokesmen of the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation, Dr. Doyin Okupe, for alleged “cyberstalking”.

Okupe, who is a former Spokesman for ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, was invited by officials of the commission who stormed his Ilupeju home in Lagos on Saturday.

Okupe, who tweeted about the encounter, said the EFCC officials came without an arrest warrant and attempted to whisk him away to their office but he resisted the attempt.

He said the officials accused him of “cyberstalking”.

Okupe has been one of the most vocal critics of the Buhari administration.
