'Respect your old age', stop lying, Jonathan’s ex-aide fires back at Buhari’s spokesman

Table shaker and former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has stirred up fresh controversy on social media that the works of Chinua Achebe are far more superior than those of Wole Soyinka.

Omokri in a Twitter post on his timeline declared that he would give the Nobel Prize for Literature to Acheba a hundred times, saying he doesn’t understand how Soyinka got it and Achebe did not.

He wrote; “Between Chinua Achebe and Professor Wole Soyinka, I would give the @NobelPrize for literature to Achebe 100 times out of 100 times. I still don’t understand how Soyinka got it and Achebe did not. I read their books. Achebe’s works are by far the more superior works of literature”.

His comment comes a day after he claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari is working closely with Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai to openly insult Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to Reno Omokri in a post on Twitter, the All Progressives Congress (APc) National Leader’s time is up as a political godfather, having been insulted by El-Rufai in Lagos.

Omokri also added in the Twitter post that Tinubu has been used and dumped like a sanitary pad by Buhari, El-Rufai and other Northern leaders who have used him to achieve their political ambitions.
