#OndoDecides: FFK says ‘Jimoh Ibrahim’ll end like Judas’

Again, Fani-Kayode lashes at Buhari, calls him father of genocide

The Ondo State governorship election may have come and gone, but the bad blood it created between two prominent Nigerian politicians remain.

The legal intrigues that engulfed the candidature of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the election in the state had set a former minister of aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode (FFK) against a court-displaced candidate, Mr Jimoh Ibrahim.

Both men had thrown abuses at each other on social media after the Supreme Court declared Eyitayo Jegede as the authentic candidate of the party for the poll, and asked INEC to drop the name of Ibrahim.

Even after the electoral umpire announced Rotimi Akeredolu as winner of the Saturday election, both politicians again took to twitter to throw jibes at each other over the outcome of the exercise, and the roles they played.

Ibrahim who congratulated Akeredolu, advised him to keep Olusegun Mimiko, the incumbent governor at arm’s length in order to succeed, also tweeted: “I had no doubt that Jegede would lose as Femi Fani-Kayode was supporting him. If you want to win any election, pay Femi not to support you.

On his part FFK simply tweeted: “The biggest Judas in Nigerian politics today is Jimoh Ibrahim. He sold his party for money. He lives like Judas and he will end like Judas”.
