Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has finally scored for Galatasaray in their Turkish Super Lig game against Kasimpasa on Saturday.

Osimhen, who moved to the club on loan from Napoli, netted a brace – his first goals since arriving the club earlier this month.

His brace were not enough however, as Galatasaray surrendered a 3-0 lead to draw 3-3 with Kasimpasa.

Osimhen, who had bagged three assists prior to Saturday’s game, scored the two goals in eight minutes (20th, 28th minutes) to put Galatasaray 2-0 ahead.

Former Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi made it 3-0 when he scored in the 34th minute.

With one minute left to play in the first half Kasimpasa pulled a goal back through Mamadou Fall.

But Osimhen did not return for the second half as he was substituted due to injury, according to Galatasaray.

In the 83rd minute Kasimpasa reduced the deficit with a second goal through Haris Hajradinovic who converted a penalty.

Then in the 95th minute, Da Costa got on the score sheet to complete the dramatic comeback for Kasimpasa.

Also in action was Osimhen’s Super Eagles teammate Kenneth Omeruo who came on in the 30th minute.

Despite the draw Galatasaray, on 19 points, still top the league table after seven games played while Kasimpasa are 12th on seven points.
