Osimhen scores twice as Galatasaray beat 10-man Spurs
Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen scored two goals to help Galatasaray defeat 10-man Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 in the Europa League on Thursday night.
The Turkish champions inflicted a first Europa League defeat of the season on Tottenham in the clash which took place at Istanbul.
Yunus Akgun’s sixth-minute effort was the opening goal, then 19-year-old Will Lankshear equalised in the 18th minute, before Osimhen netted a brace before halftime.

Spurs ended the game with 10 men after goalscorer Lankshear was shown a red card on the hour mark for two yellow cards.
The visitors however drew one goal back late on through Dominic Solanke, but Galatasaray held on and bagged all three points from the encounter.
Despite the result Ange Postecoglou’s side still remain well placed to qualify from the group stage, with nine points from four games.
Meanwhile, Osimhen, who joined the Turkish side in the summer, has scored six goals in his last five games.
