OYEGUN: Fayose an unserious character who has lost sense of decency

Once again Buhari has confirmed he is number one promoter of disunity –Fayose

The All Progressives Congress (APC) chairman, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, has tagged Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose as a man who has lost decency and cultural upbringing.

He was responding to wild attacks and rumours allegedly staged against President Muhammadu Buhari by the Ekiti State governor.

Fayose had allegedly claimed that Buhari had been on life-support since June 6, apparently tagging Acting President Yemi Osinbajo a liar for claiming that Osinbajo Buhari was in stable condition after returning from London.

The Ekiti State governor had gone as far as threatening to make public pictures that will prove Buhari is on life support should the Federal Government fail to tell Nigerians the truth about his health situation.

However, Oyegun who led a delegation of APC governors responding on the issue said, “When people have taken leave of common sense and all decency, when people have thrown over board basic cultural upbringing, when people cease to have respect for elders and cease to have respect for the fact that an elder statesman who is also President of this nation is going through a serious health crisis and seek to make fun of it and seek to say things that are totally unbecoming, it is not really worth commenting on.”

Oyegun said this to newsmen on Thursday at the APC national secretariat, Abuja, while insisting that President Buhari “is convalescing very strongly”.

He said, “Right now, all he’s doing is having enough rest as much as he can to build up his energy and stamina. But the worst is certainly over.

‘’Mr. President is going to come back and face the responsibilities for which the people of this country elected him. I am glad to say that he is recovering beautifully.”

On the likely date of Buhari’s return, Oyegun deferred with Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha, who on Monday suggested the president may be back within two weeks time.

According to the party chairman, “Only Mr. President can speak on when he is coming back. But I am glad that he is having a lot of rest and I wish it is not going to take longer to be truly ready.”

Both oyegun and Fayose are not credible individuals. The truth will be revealed soon, where Buhari is on life support or not, time will tell and Nigerians will know Biafra is a truthful country that won’t deceive them in any way like Nigeria.

I don’t believe any of the recent stories about Buhari’s health, they all look like PR to me, well planned and well structured. First it was Osinbajo who visited Buhari, next, some APC delegations, followed by governors and they all came back telling us Buhari is getting better. Why is everything happening so fast? What is APC covering from Nigerians?

This is what I’ve been asking myself, why is it now that all these people are talking about Buhari’s health? What are they trying to make Nigerians believe? That Buhari is alright when they know that he should lying sick in another country or that Buhari is truly not feeling sick anymore?

They are talking about because he is now recovering..or would rather they talk about it when he wasn’t recovered?

You simply never knew what recuperation or recovery is all about if you said everything is happening fast
