Oyigbo police station in Rivers State set on fire

Suspected hoodlums have set the Afam Divisional Police Office in Oyigbo Local Government Area on fire.

According to reports, the Police Area Command in the council was also razed by the hoodlums.

The development, according to reports, led to apprehension among residents in Elelenwo, Oil Mill, Ikoku and Mile One area of Port Harcourt, as residents were seen running to safety as shop owners shut down their premises

Unconfirmed reports say the hoodlums also torched an Appeal Court located in Oyigbo.
