‘Patience Jonathan may face prosecution soon’

Court orders Patience Jonathan's multiple accounts frozen
There are indications that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, may have started taking concrete steps towards the prosecution of First Lady, Patience Jonathan.
A highly placed source at the commission disclosed on Friday that the agency has assembled a team of detectives to identify all houses and property belonging to Mrs Jonathan, in an effort at assembling evidences against her.
The detectives, saddled with the assignment, who are concentrating on Abuja, Yenogoa, Port Harcourt and other cities in the county, were said to have been mandated by the EFCC chairman to identify all such buildings and mark them.
The source, who said it was wrong to say the anti-graft agency has halted the investigation concerning Mrs Jonathan, said it is rather progressing and being handled by the office of the EFCC chairman directly.
It would be recalled that the EFCC had frozen bank accounts containing about $20 million, which the former First Lady claims belong to her.
She also dragged the commission before a court claiming damages for the action, insisting that the agency infringed on her right by denying her access to the funds.

They cannot do anything to mama peace. B4 Mrs Jonathan would be prosecuted, Turai Yaradua would be brought in as a criminal and as such be prosecuted. And I guess the president would not want to do that to his brethren in the north
