PHOTOSCENE: Buhari receives B’Haram flag, Quran at dinner with Guards Brigade
President Muhammdu Buhari on Saturday had dinner with the Guards Brigade in Abuja, where he was presented with the flag of the Boko Haram sect, and a Holy Book (Quran) said to belong to the sect’s leader, Abubakar Shekau, recovered when gallant members of the Nigerian Army took back the Sambisa Forest.
Also at the event were Representative of the Senate President, Senator Ali Ndume, Chief of Defence Staff, General Abayomi Olonisakin, Chief of Army Staff, LT General Tukur Yusuf Buratai, National Security Adviser to the President, Brig General Babagana Mongonu, Commander Guards Brigade, Brig General, MS Yusuf and Theatre Commander Operation LAFIYA DOLE/Commander of the Military Command and Control Centre, MCCC, in Maiduguri, Borno State, Major General Leo Irabor among others.
The president conducted a Music session during the event, and commissioned the PMB gymnasium.
