Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna state on Thursday chaired the National Economic Council (NEC) Adhoc Committee meeting on the management of ecological fund account.
Among those at the meeting were his counterparts from Anambra, Wille Obiano and Benue, Samuel Otom.

That’s not a talk. If you built the houses in a right place, he wouldn’t have demolished it. And mind you, for good thing to happen, some bad thing has to come to place first.
