Pigeon with threat note to PM arrested by security operatives in India

A pigeon bearing a threat note for the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi signed by a militant group which has carried out deadly attacks in military bases, has been arrested.

The message scribbled on the note carried by the bird warned Mr Modi that every Pakistani child is prepared to wage war against India.

According to police, the pigeon was captured near India’s heavily armed border with Pakistan.
