Police on Monday arraigned 17-year-old Ojo Peter at the Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrate Court for alleged conspiracy and murder.

He alleged that the defendant conspired with others to murder a 38-year-old man, Obadare Falade.

Leramo told the court that the defendant conspired with a mob in his neighborhood and beat up the deceased.

Falade eventually died from injuries sustained in the assault.

The offences, according to the prosecutor, contravened Sections 324 and 319(1) of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.
