Jacob said the defendant drove a Howo Sino Truck with Reg. No. SGB 961 XY, in a dangerous manner that led to the death of one Adebayo Tajudeen.

He added that the offence contravened sections 18 and 27 of the Road Traffic Laws (RTL), Vol. 11, Cap 146 and 548 of the laws of Osun, 2002.

The Magistrate, Dr. Olusegun Ayilara, ordered that the defendant be remanded at the Ilesa Correctional Centre due to “the magnitude of the offence.”
