Dr Michael Adeniran, the founder of El-Bethel Parish of the Celestial Church of Christ, Itaaka, Abeokuta, is now cooling his heels in police net after he allegedly impregnated a 15-year-old girl identified as Mary who happens to be the daughter of a church member.

The suspect was arrested by men of the Ogun State Police Command and according to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, notice of the matter came to the fore when the victim’s mother lodged a complaint at the station.

“Trouble started when the complainant noticed that her daughter was pregnant and she mounted pressure on her to disclose who was responsible for the pregnancy.” Oyeyemi said.

Continuing, the PPRO added that; “The mother, who could not believe what she heard, reported to the police. The Divisional Police Officer, Adigbe division, Onatufeh Omoh, detailed detectives to arrest the randy pastor.”
