Power: FG closes verification of MDAs’ debts
The Federal Government has closed the verification of electricity debts allegedly being owed power distribution companies by its Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
It was learnt that the government had also sent letters to power distribution companies informing them about the closure of the exercise.
The Discos have said that the MDAs owe them over N90bn as electricity bills and urged the Federal Government to intervene.
