Restructuring: Presidency gives condition for implementing el-Rufai panel’s report
The Presidency on Friday said President Muhammadu Buhari would implement the recommendations of the ruling All Progressives Congress’ Committee on Restructuring once they are approved by the party.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said this in an interview with The PUNCH correspondent on Friday.
Shehu said the party had yet to take a final position on the recommendations of the committee headed by the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir el-Rufai. He explained that once a decision had been taken on it, the President, as a loyal party man, would implement it.
