Rev Ayokunle wins another 3-yr tenure after re-election as CAN President

Reverend Supo Ayokunle, has been re-elected as the National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for another three-year term.

Reverend Ayokunle emerged winner of the election on Tuesday after the exercise with 59 votes against his main challenger, Rev Dr Caleb Ahima who got 44 votes.

He was first elected President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.

While he was Pastor, Jubilee Life Baptist Church, Ibadan, he became President of the Nigerian Baptist Convention in 2011, a position he still holds.

He is also visitor to Bowen University, Iwo, owned by the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
