APC dubs Gov Wike a failure, says he’s chief culprit of PDP woes in Rivers

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has said that the state would never be part of those who want to secede from the country, while also expressing his gratitude to God that the country was still one despite the intense agitations and challenges it faced.

Wike revealed this while speaking during the 57th Independence Church Service at Saint Mark’s Anglican Church in Port Harcourt on Sunday.

The governor also stated that the agitations in the country were the result of bad governance, noting that unless Nigerians experienced good governance at the federal level, agitations would continue across the country.

He said, “As long as we continue to have bad governance, people will continue to agitate across the country. We give God the glory that we are still one, despite the agitations and challenges.

“We are not part of those who want to secede. Rivers State will never be part of that”.

No Ibo governors will ever support secession and makes it illegitimate for their selfish idiots to be stirring up secession

They cannot be trusted, if they have a good deal with IPOB, they may shift ground and secede even before secession comes sef

Wike is not an honest man, he speaks according to where he finds himself, having in mind what people want to hear. Speaking at Church Service, he told the congregation Rivers will not secede because he knows if he makes any contrary comment, he’d be sent out

This is some relief actually, Wike’s decision is a bold one knowing that the country lacks good governance. I hope the APC-led government will adjust and make things right

No one will force Rivers state to join before they do willingly. Biafra is going to be more composed, bigger and better than Nigeria, I’m sure when the time comes, Wike will have a rethink
