Rorh meets Wenger, Conte, Emenalo in London

As part of efforts in fostering a cordial relationship with the English clubs managers, Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr on Tuesday held discussions in London with Super Eagles players and their coaches.

Rohr who watched Arsenal’s 2-0 win over Reading at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night, met with manager Arsene Wenger and discussed on the Gunners attacking midfielder Alex Iwobi.

The coach also on Wednesday met with John Obi Mikel alongside Chelsea coach, Antonio Conte, and technical director Mike Emenalo on the lack of playing time for the Eagles skipper.

Rohr has also indicated interest in visiting Ahmed Musa at Leicester City, Watford’s Odion Ighalo and other Nigerian born players who are drawn between playing for the Three Lions of England and the Super Eagles.
