Salah scores winner as Liverpool beat Man City

Mohamed Salah scored the winner to help Liverpool beat Manchester City in a Premier League encounter at Anfield on Sunday.

The Egyptian has now scored six goals in 11 appearances in the Premier League against Manchester City.

The Reds sealed a 1-0 victory over the champions as the 76th-minute goal was enough.

Phil Foden thought he had put City ahead before seeing his strike ruled out for Erling Haaland’s foul on Fabinho.

City struggled to go through their host but failed, and the defeat ended their unbeaten run in the League this season.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was shown a red card after literally having a war of words with the linesman.
