Satan is at work in Rivers, but no power can bring me down, Wike vows
Rivers State’s Governor Nyesom Wike, has described as work of Satan the current travails of the state.
He has vowed that no power can bring him down because he is “solidly and comfortably” rooted in God.
Governor Wike stated this at the Rivers State Headquarters of the Living Faith Church in Port Harcourt during a special Christmas church service on Sunday.
He said, “No power can bring me down because I am solidly and comfortably rooted in God. My belief in God strengthens me at all times. We want you to continue to pray for this state because Satan is at work.
“If God be for us, nobody can be against us. We have had turbulent times, but we have always come out victorious. This state is a Christian state. Therefore, we shall continue to collaborate with the Church.”

The governor who assured the people that his administration would support schools owned by churches with grants, added that the State Ecumenical Centre, which is under construction, would be completed by May, 2017.
Woke has been having running battles with the police and the Department of State Security (DSS) over the just concluded RERUN elections in the state.
Wike has frowned at the police investigation of the voice in an audio tape alleged to be his voice threatening to kill an electoral official for not doing his biding during the exercise.
His argument is that the police which was accused as the root cause of the mayhem during the election which led to the deaths of many, including two police men, will be bias in their investigation.
His government has on the other hand set up an independent panel of inquiry to look into the causes of the electoral violence that characterised the exercise in the state.
Wike has also described the recent allegation by the DSS linking him as a sponsor of a planed protest with plot to cause unrest in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as part of desperate plans by the government at the centre to take Rivers State by all means.

DSS are becoming unbecoming nowadays. They allege people falsely and so they implicate magu to be confirmed efcc boss by the Senate.

Governor Wike really needs to shut up here…”I am solidly and comfortably rooted in God,” but God is not a politician and he doesn’t lie like you people, you can’t possibly be rooted in God. You are rooted in the evil spirits, now they are after you, enjoy the ride
