The case of armed robbery brought before Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy, his manager and 3 others by the Lagos State commissioner of Police has been adjourned again by the Ikeja magistrate court.

Burna Boy failed to appear in court last week prompting the case to be initially adjourned till yesterday, Friday, December 8, 2017, but the case was adjourned again till Tuesday, December 12, 2017.

Reports say the police had arrived the magistrate court Ikeja with two of the suspects in custody and shortly after, the new date was announced after the court couldn’t seat as the judge was not present.

Meanwhile, a source close to the camp of Burna Boy has revealed that the dancehall singer will honour an invitation by the police to answer for his role in the robbery attack involving his fellow colleague Mr. 2Kay.

The source disclosed that Burna Boy is out of the country at the moment as he is currently honouring an invitation to perform in Botswana and will return later this month.

Mr 2Kay has also finally opened up on the robbery saga that left him battered, bruised and hospitalised when assailants allegedly sent by Burna Boy attacked him in his room at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, in the month of October.

He said he had reported Burna Boy’s threat to Timaya and he (Timaya) had called both artists to make peace before he was attacked by the men sent by Burna Boy a few weeks later.
