For second time in one year, Owoseni denies being replaced as Lagos CP

For the second time in a year, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, has denied claims that he has been replaced at the helm of the Police Force in Lagos.

The CP who was fielding questions from newsmen at the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, said he is not aware that he has been replaced by a new police commissioner for the state in the person of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohinmi.

Reacting to the news which has gone viral on social media, Owoseni who claimed he was yet to receive any directive concerning a new police commissioner in the state said; “When we get the information, we will let you know.”
