Nigerian Senate during its plenary on Tuesday admitted oat office to two new senators from Kogi and Imo states.

One of them, a former Air Staff, Air Vice Marshall Isaac Alfa, is now the Senator representing Kogi East senatorial district under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The two new senators joined members of the Senate after they emerged winners in their rerun elections. They pledged their loyalty to the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
