Shehu Sani mocks Segun Oni over decision to dump APC

Shehu Sani, the activist and senator, who represented Kaduna Central at the 8th Senate, has ridiculed Segun Oni for deciding to dump the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Oni, a former Ekiti State governor and deputy national chairman of the APC was quoted to have said he was dumping the ruling APC for the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Oni reportedly gave alleged ill-treatment meted out to him by the APC as the reason he decided to quit the party.

But Sani, in a tweet on his Twitter handle@ShehuSani, mocked Oni, reminding him of how he once said that the APC “is the future” and that anyone who left the party would “be heading to oblivion.”

Sani wrote, “Brother Segun Oni was sent to Kaduna over a year ago and told us that the ruling party is the future and that if we leave it we will be heading to oblivion.

“Bro Oni is now leaving the future and taking a flight to Oblivion.

“I’m at the Oblivion airport lounge now awaiting his arrival.”
