Shehu Sani says Buhari’s govt is deceitful about restructuring

Senator Shehu Sani has asked Nigerians not to believe the President Muhammadu Buhari led All Progressives Congress (APC) on restructuring of the country.

He said though the past Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governments ignored restructuring, that the APC administration is deceitful about it.

Sani, a former member of the APC, recently joined the ever growing number of serving senators who have dumped the ruling party.

He said on a post on his Twitter handle: “The government of the past ignored restructuring; the government of the present is deceitful about restructuring.”

Sani, who is now a member of the People’s Redemption Party (PRP), stated this in response to the ongoing debate on restructuring.

Nigerians, especially from the Southern part have been insisting on a presidential candidate ready to restructure the country.
