Singer Dammy Krane lands in US prison for alleged credit card and identity fraud

Hypertek Records signee Oyindamola Emmanuel popularly known as Dammy Krane is now cooling his heels in a Maimi prison after he was arrested by cops in the US for alleged grand theft, credit card forgery and identity fraud.

The artist who chose to operate with the name Johnson Hunga after entering the US was arrested on Friday and is currently behind bars pending the perfection of his bail conditions.

Reports say the singer was arrested alongside another suspect identified as one Mr Chukwuebuka for similar charges.

However, Dammy Krane has chosen to go philosophical after his arrest when he took to Twitter to calm the nerves of his over 215,000 followers on the social media platform.

“In weird situations like this, you go start to see, who is with you and who isn’t. No fake love.”

Continuing, he said; “See ehn… Understanding is a three-edged sword. Your side, my side, and the truth. Make dem talk.

“This one, that one, rumor…One time for my fans, new material coming, i go talk everything. God got us, help me say amin o.”
