The petition filed against the election of the Senator Representing North Senatorial District, Aliyu Magatakardo Wamakko by Senator Ahmed Mohammed Maccido of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal sitting in Sokoto.
