Star-studded attendance as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot

The much anticipated royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markel is finally here with many gearing up to witness what is described as the biggest wedding of the year.

Reports say star studded arrivals have already been recorded with Oprah Winfrey among the first guests to arrive at the chapel, walking in alongside Brit-born Hollywood star Idris Elba.

The rather wonderfully named Delfina Blaquier and Nacho Figueras – he’s a polo player, apparently – were the first guests to arrive, perhaps realising that getting there early will guarantee them ample camera time from the world’s media.

And somewhere around the venue, Serena Williams is all dressed up and ready to go.

Williams showed off her finished look to her 8 million followers on Instagram looking elegant in a pink outfit with matching fascinator.

She posed alongside her husband Alexis Ohanian, and eight-month-old daughter, Alexis Olympia.

Pippa Middleton was also snapped looking floral on her way to the ceremony while Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend Chelsea Davy was all smiles as she entered the cathedral.

Reports say the crowds along Windsor streets are already full with onlookers and the atmosphere is electrifying.

Union jacks, crowns, Harry and Meghan merchandise are everywhere but so are the smiles as this is a moment of history everyone is keen to see.
