Stop these bandits before they approach Abuja, Sen Sanni tasks military
A call has been made by Senator Shehu Sani, the lawmaker representing Kaduna Central at the National Assembly, tasking the Nigerian military to stop bandits from nearing the outskirts of Abuja.
The call was made by the vocal Senator following a recent military report that a host of bandits and insurgents are now relocating to Kaduna and Niger States.
According to Senator Sani in a post on his official Twitter page, people living within Kamuku and Alawa forest between the two states have confirmed to have sighted bandits near their area.

Senator Sani tweeted; “The report by the military that the Bandits are relocating to Kaduna and Niger state is true.
“People living within Kamuku & Alawa forest, between the two states have reported same.
“This reinforces the urgency to annihilate them before their advance to the outskirts of the FCT.”
Senator Sani’s plea comes after some suspected bandits attacked the residence of former Governor of Sokoto State, Attahiru Bafarawa, kidnapping his nephew and killing his security guard.
