Supreme Court kicks out Ubah, Oduah from Senate
In a sweeping judgment, the Supreme Court on Friday, kicked out a former Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah and a former presidential aide, Andy Uba, both of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP from the Senate.
Both Ubah and Oduah represented Anambra State at the upper legislative chamber.
With the latest ruling, all the three senators from Anambra State on the platform of the PDP have been sacked.
It will be recalled that Senator Uche Ekwunife was earlier sacked by the Court of Appeal. She has however defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC from the PDP.
