Tiwa Savage says poverty is reason for Nigeria‘s growing number of entertainers
Sensational Nigerian singer Tiwatope Savage, aka Tiwa Savage, has attributed the growing number of entertainers being churned out in Nigeria daily to poverty.
The mother of one who made the assertion when she appeared as a guest on the ‘Shopping The Sneakers’ podcast said that most youths are forced to develop their talents due to the difficult nature of surviving or earning a living in the country.

According to the multiple award-winning artiste, the country’s difficult conditions are encouraging scores of young people to delve into their inherent creative potential.
“When you come to Nigeria, you will understand why we breed so many superstars. To survive in Nigeria is something else so that’s why the artists that come out of Nigeria are just like hustlers. They are just hustling.”
